Before placing an order
At checkout, review the eligible delivery destinations, service options, and their prices. Confirm the delivery address carefully because a requested change may not be possible after preparation starts.
Preparation versus travel
We typically handle authorized orders in about 1–2 business days. After shipment, travel is estimated at 4–6 business days. These are separate estimates rather than a promised delivery date, and business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.
If the shipment needs attention
Use the tracking information if one is issued. If tracking stalls, a parcel is lost, is shown delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, send xihihojut686@gmail.com the order number, checkout email, tracking details and, where useful, photos so we can investigate.
